The demo form collects your name, gym or studio and email address. Phone number and message are optional. We use these details only to arrange and hold the demo you asked for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

An automated check protects the form against abuse by processing a verification token and connection details, in our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure. Service providers for hosting, email delivery and form protection process data on our behalf under data-processing terms. Some of them process data outside the EU; those transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep enquiries for twelve months from the last contact, then delete them. We do not sell them, or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

We count page visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you. The site sets one cookie only when you choose a language, to remember that choice.

You can request access, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by email at any time. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data-protection authority in your EU country.
