Do members need to install an app?
No. The member portal works in a browser, including on a phone. Members can book classes, cancel bookings and check remaining visits.
Can a gym use this for its group-training rooms?
Yes. The same class-booking tools can support a gym with group-training rooms as well as a standalone studio. We discuss the rooms and timetable as part of setup.
Which language does the product use?
Reception and the member portal currently use Bulgarian. This English website explains the offering; it does not indicate an English product interface.
